Projects

Projects are the core of the InStep experience. Team InStep evaluates each project submitted by mid-level and senior leaders for their rigor, efficiency, and learning opportunities that interns are provided. Our guest evaluators reviewed multiple projects as well as the entire project solicitation and management process. After their reviews, they shared key recommendations. This helped raise the bar in offering more challenging and dynamic projects to students. Today, our in-house quality team assesses project samples every year.
